Dunno if my description for it is good though.
Can you set the times or is it preset? Does it effect the owner? Can you defend against it? Do you or your items get blown away? Will a sturdy shield stop it? Is it immovable once it is stuck? Is it used once it sticks to a wall? When does the timer start and how?
