Hola.

2. The same board has been playing for a few games and then jumps in the next move, does not continue broadcasting the game (although it does keep it saved) and after several manual inputs, recovers the game and broadcast again. Why does it do this? How can I solve it permanently?

Thank you very much and congratulations on this forum and Club.

1/ The result only comes in if the clock is paused before the kings go to the central squares otherwise the board/livechess will think its an "error reconstructing game". Correct procedure to tell players is Pause clock, kings in centre, then reset the board. in that order. If they put the kings in the centre, then pause clock you can simply walk over to the board, pick up one of the kings and place it back down and livechess will get the result.
If the players reset the entire board back to the starting position and dont do the kings then im afraid at that point its to late, just enter the result in livechess manually.

2/ I assume these are moves highlighted in red in livechess. This happens if the liveboard had to force a position (the players moved to quick or more likely slid a piece a long way across the board). Sadly Livechess dosent always give you a clue this has happened until you see "error reconstructing game". Simply go into the game, play the correct move and the board will now broadcast the moves correctly.

Muchas gracias Mattcarr.

Muchas gracias. Txelu.

Sounds like a troublesome board indeed. Depending on its age or firmware or even general wear and tear it might be reaching the end of its life. When setting up the boards for a tournament keep that one close to you. If theres a problem (or when there will be a problem with it) at least you wont have to walk all the way across the room to try and see whats happening on it.
