Live matches played from ~11th December do not have the match data available to view, including scores and board results. Here are two links to examples, with a screenshot example below:https://www.chess.com/club/matches/live/team-brazil-live/422437https://www.chess.com/club/matches/live/team-france/402304
The matches are also not appearing in the teams' archive: https://www.chess.com/clubs/matches/live/team-france
This is affecting the Live Chess World League heavily, as well as multiple other leagues.
I have been in contact with Support about this, but all I am getting is that "the concerned team informed me that this isn't a quick fix" (and to be fair to them, I wouldn't expect them to know anymore about the issue than that). But it's still incredibly frustrating to not be told what exactly the issue is, and what is being done to fix it.
I have two main questions on this issue:
Has the match data actually been saved somewhere (and so the issue is just a matter of ensuring those pages are populated correctly), or is the board and score information lost forever?
When will this issue be fixed by, so we know when we can start the new season (currently we are expecting to have our first matches in two weeks, but we cannot continue until this issue has been sorted)?
This isn't the first time Live matches have been adversely affected by a bug that, to me, seems like it should have been picked up during testing. Many teams are starting to feel like Live matches just aren't a priority for Chess.com (some of them are saying their players are moving to lichess because of its better stability), and from these continuing issues, I can understand where they are coming from.
