wait roar of time requires recharge so palkia can attack 2 times focus blast so if dialga's roar of time doesnt knock palkia in 1 hit that will be it for dialga

dialga's roar of time can be a knockout for palkia.
but palkia can learn moves like aura sphere an do super effective for palkia.
at the end palkia is weak to dragon and dialga is origin to dragon so dialga's dragon type moves will be super effective+stab which will do more damage. unlike dialga palkia will not have same type attack bonus on dialga with aura sphere and focus blast dialga last more chances to win!
