Disconnect Issue

When I am using chess com on mobile web on my phone, it just freezes. It has to display the something went wrong error and when I click refresh, I get abandoned from the game in an equal position even though it only takes 10-20 seconds. I have lost 200+ elo because of this and this needs to be fixed.

Browser Version:

Chrome 148.0.7778.121

yes happens to me as well, apparently you just need to update browser?

Maybe you connection is low. Did you check the bar that says, “Good connection (very low lag)”?

try using the actual app, mabye that will work?

first step to troubleshoot, use your phone when it will be in normal temperature, overheating might cause to lag which might affect the performance.

try to switch browsers even if the error is continues in chrome, you can use edge ,opera, Firefox and test there if the error is there or not

mobile networks some time do not have a consistent input and output, so you can switch to wifi.

lastly chess.com apphttps://www.chess.com/play/apps/android is best way to play in mobile devices, the above link is for android and for iOS it is https://www.chess.com/play/apps/ios with some type of game variants might not be there.
