Yeah, I noticed the video capture option the last few times I used it. Actually submitted a couple with videos. The email has always been there.

Yup, I guess it has, though it doesn't get used.

I have been contacted about bug reports in the past, if they needed additional information or clarification. Though, they normally just did it via messages here.
I might have missed it, but I haven't seen any announcement of the new improved Report a Bug interface.
New aspects:
o Email address field.
o Video record option
o New screen annotation interface.
Looking forward to trying out these new features. The record feature in particular will make demonstrating bugs simpler.
