Gloucestershire and Channel Islands have set up their Round 5 match too early and the start date is shown as 7/3/23 same as the round 4 matches. This match will be invalid and will not count as a CC fixture, please cancel this and wait for the official announcement of Round 5. Admins from both teams messaged.

The minimum number of players for a division 2 match is 8 but please aim for more.
The aim is for 3 teams to be promoted & relegated at the end of the season.
Usually there will be one match per month, the fixtures will be published in December. Challenges should be sent only after the instruction is received in a news item. This will usually be sent on the 26th of the previous month and the start date for matches will be set at 7th of the month. An exception to this will be the first fixture in December, and March where there will be 2 matches scheduled. Either team can send the challenge. If a team does not have enough players on the day the match is due to start then they will be given an extra 48 hours to find the extra players. After this time has elapsed the match will be defaulted and the points awarded to the opposition, if both teams fail to get enough players both teams will default.
