I confirm that Lanarkshire are champions, and are promoted to Division 1 along with Glamorgan and Team Dorset (who finished 2nd & 3rd).

Province of Ulster and Team Gloucestershire have been relegated to Division 3. The remaining 3rd relegated team is to be decided.
