I like it and I see a lot of potential. It is a sudden change so just like the V2-V3 transition it could take time for people to get used to it, but live chat embedded on the club profile is a pretty interesting, useful and modern concept.
What's very odd about it is that we're used to notes ever since the beginning of clubs, many many years ago. Putting chat as the main tab feels awkward because it's a brand new thing and it's a live, immediate one, which differs from notes in the sense that notes have that certain delight when waiting for other people to post.
But I predict it as being a very useful thing, even though it feels super strange ATM. Just like notes, live chat has its super cool things like big and small emotes for example - something people wanted to use in club chats for a long time. And when talking with someone and teaching or really just to discuss with other admins in an HQ, it's way more practical.
One downside would be the recording of things sent. We'll have to use it a bit and see how it goes if we ever want to save something which was discussed in order to be referred to later on.
