In most clubs, it works by people submitting a link to a blog post made that month. After a while, everybody votes for the best blog submitted. The winner is Blog Of The Month.

How many submissions per user? One? Does it make sense to make the submission post in the beginning of November for October blog posts?

One submission.
In my club, the blog can be submitted if it’s after the date in which the previous Blog OTM forum is locked.
So I think for October, we can only submit blogs made in October. Example: If we lock the submission forum on 25 October, for November, any blog submitted can be made either in October after 25 October, or November.
@CDRED141 came up with the idea of a blog of the month in the club.
How would you organise it? How could we review the blogs?
I won't be reviewing all blogs myself extensively if there are more than 4 or 5 contenders.
