Double bug costing me points

1.  I was on a 12 game win streak so i should now have gotten 13 but it gave me 11 for some reason. Of course i can't prove that cuz there's no puzzle battle history
2. I should have gotten 31 x 11 = 341 points considering an 11 win streak according to https://support.chess.com/en/articles/8708930-what-is-puzzle-battle-on-chess-com
but I got 31 x 10 = 310 for some reason. HELP

As you can see(from the season points) this is the next game i won and my streak remains same also i still got 10x points

I have also expercinced this 2 times, on a 11 and 12 streak

Why is this forum being ignored
