Double RR (Round Robin), Quad @4 players, 90m+30s (Invitation for first 16 players only)

Invitation for 16 first players only, then I will rank player based on Rating when they registered.

P1: 1st rank (highest rated)

P2: 2nd rank

P3: 3rd rank

.. until P16: last rank

The 16 players will be put into 4 Quad (each 4 players).

Quad-A (P1, P2, P3, P4)
Quad-B (P5, P6, P7, P8)
Quad-C (P9, P10, P11, P12)
Quad-D (P13, P14, P15, P16)

This way we will have the most competitive with closer rating difference between players inside a Quad.

The 4 players in a Quad will play in Double RR (Round Robin) system (2 players will play each other with both color). 6 total rounds. A player will play total 6 games.

Time control: 90m+30s, Rated

Time span for a round: 2 weeks.

Round-1 (Jun 01 - Jun 15)
Round-2 (Jun 16 - Jun 30)
Round-3 (Jul 01 - Jul 15)
Round-4 (Jul 15 - Jul 31)
Round-5 (Aug 01 - Aug 15)
Round-6 (Aug 16 - Aug 31)

There is flexibility in these dates, since for a round robin tournament the results of a round do not affect the pairings in the following rounds. 

You can play the game not in the sequential order (eg. play Rd-3 opponent first, then Rd-1, Rd-2 etc).

What matter is that you must play & finish your total 6 games before Aug 31.

It does not matter if you will play & finished all the games within 2 or 3 weeks only let say, or play 2 games in a week, etc.

Once we have 16 players registered, we will close the registration & post the schedule & pairing for all rounds.

* The official starting date of this tourney is Jun 01 (as initial announcement stated), but as the registration is filled within just 2 days, you can actually start negotiating and play the game before Jun 01.

The 2 players will negotiate (via DM/ chess com private message) to find the day/time to play their 2 games.

Looks like Quad idea worked out great. Everyone is playing 3 other basically equal players as both black and white. Thanks for organizing!

Once you told me result of your game, I will update it to Quad Table posted above.

I will generate Standing for each Quad later (after few more games are played).
