Glasgow, Metz, Sevastopol, Prishtina, Korca, Sevilla, Toulouse, Yekaterinburg,

We (t.prishrina) sent a challenge to Korça City for game but they didnt accept the challenge cause are affraid and maybe wait for the last minute.If they dont accept challenge till 16-17 aprill,than can we win directly the points and one more thing.If they accept the challenge f.e. at 16 aprill,rhen do we have time to register untill game starts? Please help me about this
