this league is open for clubs representing cities and their inhabitants. You should rather consider joining London team and support them in cities leagues.

The table below shows a preliminary composition of the Divisions of the 2020 ECL season based on the current live standings at https://chessteams.info/ The final composition of the divisions will be determined by the ranking at the cut-off on October 27st, 12 pm.
Please confirm your team's participation in the 2020 season by posting a primary and a secondary team contact in the comments below. If contacts are not posted, then the same as for WCL will be used. Deadline for registration is October 27th.
The first round of 2020 season will start on November 17th.
Rules will follow WCL: https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/wcl-2020-rules. See Appendix F for specific ECL rules.
If you are not registered in the World Cities League, let's check this forum with ongoing registration (https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/wcl-2020-registration). WCL matches can be counted into ECL if both teams play in the same division in both competitions.
Schedule ECL2019:
27-10-2019 - Registration deadline
17-11-2019 - Round 1
18-10-2020 - Cutoff
Confirmed teams are marked with "X", withdrawn teams are marked with "R":
