I've noticed your message. I will cover if any misstake has been made when it's time for me to update the current results and standings next time. But most probably will the answer be that all games against Team Azerbaijan will be discounted as already have been stated/mentioned earlier.

* Team Cyprus has been represented by several greecian players in the matches. These players representing Team Greece in the World League-games. All the games for this players have therefor been counted as won by their opponents. Team Greece was originally playing in European League, but later on withdraw. Team Greece later on withdraw from European League/Division 1, but these players proceed playing for Team Cyprus. However, the basic idea behind this tournament is that players shouldn't representing other countries than they normally representing. These are the conclusions on basis of current rules and very complaints from other participating teams.

Current results and standings updated for Division 3!
Calculations corrected, due to current tournament rules!
Team Scotland are #1 right now and will most probably get a place in DIvision 1 next season. Congratulations!
Team Cyprus, Team Latvia, and Team Austria are fighting in the top to be the #2 and to get two of the remaining positions in Division 2 next season.
There're pretty lot of unstarted games. Please let me know if any of them have started, and I will include them into the results as well!
Deadline for starting remaining matches have passed (deadline for the last round was 30th of October.)
Final results will be counted on 31th of December!

1) The match between Team Moldova and The Albanians (which is mentioned here as "no game?", was started and already finished...) - http://www.chess.com/groups/team_match.html?id=42292
2) I asked previously to recalculate the match results for Moldova vs Cyprus (http://www.chess.com/groups/forumview/tournament-rules3), as we played with second team of Greece, but not Cyprus (players representing both countries in EL and WL matches). As far as I remember it was promised that the results would be revised, and from my humble calculations we had to win this match...
Summing up 1+2 I think Team Moldova is missing a lot of points in the final standings...
Could you please revise it..
Thanks and regards,
Stas

I'm kindly asking again the responsible(s) for the standings to revise the it according to my comments written above.
I hope I'm not deliberately ignored for some reasons by asking valid questions supported by arguments...
From my quick calculations we are missing roughly more than 270-280 points, which should place Team Moldova even in front of Team Scotland at the moment..

Hi.
The match against The Albanians will of course be counted into the results, no doubt about that.
---------------
Regarding players from Team Cyprus that also representing Team Greece:
Team Greece have withdraw from this tournament, so the players from Greece that representing Team Cyprus are actually following the tournament rules since they only representing one european country team in the European League.
I'm aware of that at the moment you complained about about this was Team Greece still participating in the tournament, and at that very moment the greecian players in Team Greece didn't following the rules.
I personally - and as tournament manager - believe this example shows that the current rule doesn't work so well, and I will use this case as such an example when it's time to discussing and reconsider if we (World League as well as European League) need to change the rules for next season.
To summarize: no changes of the results in matches against Team Cyprus, but agreement about that we need to highlight this case as an example that perhaps make it necissary to improve/change the rules for next season.

Dear Johan,
Thx for reply!
I would not make a big fuss out of this if Team Moldova would be at the bottom of the standings and just have a presence in the tournament (although just the fact that some teams are obviously breaking the rules and afterwards are supported, is highly irritating and unfair, to say the least).
My team mates have devoted their time, energy and passion during all season just to find out in the end that we are missing a spot in the next division because some "smarty" teams don't follow the rules...
Also, I do not really understand your position... On the one hand you acknowledge that Team Cyprus has not followed the rules but on the other hand you accept it and in that way openly support Team Cyprus for promotion in the next division at the expense of Team Moldova (or some other team according to total points )...
We understand that there are cultural in ethnic issues when coming to teams. We on our side also have a decent amount of Romanian players playing in our team. Despite this, Team Moldova has HONESTY and CORRECTLY followed all the rules and regularly deleted all Romanian players from EL and WL matches (even if it was at our expense, since Romanian team members are quite highly rated, hence would provide a decisive advantage).
Not only Team Cyprus doesn't follow the rules, they actually do it fully knowing that they break the rules. I have contacted all their admins regarding our match and was simply ignored, hence showing that they were fully aware of their actions.
With that being said, I come to conclusion that if you will stand on your position and openly support a "cheating team" to be promoted to the next division, Team Moldova (after internal discussions) will reserve the right to withdraw form the current tournament and inform other involved teams about the "correctness", "prestige" and "trustworthiness" of the current tournament and people who organize it....
With this message I do not intend to offence anyone, but, on behalf of my team mates, to express the opinion regarding the current situation.

Current results and standings updated for Division 3!
Team Scotland are still #1 and will most probably geta place in DIvision 2 next season. Congratulations!
Team Latvia and Team Moldova are fighting in the top to be the #2 and will most probably get the two remaining positions to Division 2 for next season.
Team Moldova have complained about that a lof of greecian players representing Team Cyprus. This complaint was raised while Team Greece still was participating in the tournament. However, Team Greece have later on withdraw from this tournament, which means that the greecian players that have represented Team Cyprus during the season formally not have breaking the tournament rules. However, it has not been mentioned that players should representing other countries than they normally are representing. This case will therefor - due to the Team Moldavian complain - be undercovered till the final standings are ready.
Final results will be counted on 31th of December!

I and my team mates (Team Moldova) salute the decision to revise the results of the games which involved players representing 2 countries in official matches and we want to state again that we raised this question only because we considered it unfair when some teams followed the rules and others didn't...
We are also pleasantly surprised that our team has managed to take the 1st place with a minimum difference (we hoped for a place in top 3 but not really the 1st one). Our team has had some very good games against extremely strong teams (Scotland, Latvia, Denmark etc.) winning by very small margins, therefore being in top 3 is a great achievement for us.
I would like to thank the organizer of the tournament for investing his time and managing this hard tournament which involved hard decisions sometimes; our competitors for great matches and fair play and last but not least all my team mates who had a decisive contribution to this success!
Good luck to all in 2011!!
OK Thanks
