Team Ukraine also confirmed their acceptance. By this are all spots in Division 2 finally allocated!
Here's a the final division setup for EL2011 and the official ranking for the teams in DIVISION2. The match list will be generated according this rankings.

Is it OK if Team Moldova won't set min 20 players limit for a match?
It's really hard for us to have so many players in official EL/WL matches (I'm talking about players with a moldavian flag).

Unfortunately only one game open for registration in Round 4 so far.
Bad progress starting up the games in this round.
In general especially bad progress starting up the games by Team Latvia and Team of the Czech Republic. Please starting up the games in Round 4 as soon as possible.
Many exiting games are ongoing. Seem like many of the teams are pretty even which make the matches even. I would say that all teams still got an opportunity fighting to be promoted to Division 1.
Next round (=Round 5) will start by the 1st of May.

I appologize. Some errors have occurred in the match list, so I have to find out what have went wrong and trying to adjust it before next round (=Round 7) starts.
I've temporarily made some minor adjustments for Round 5 and 6, and I've covered that one match was missing that also have to start up, i.e. between Team Croatia and Team Latvia.
