RESERVATION #1:
Srbija Team and Serbian Group is to be compared as of Sunday 23th of January. The team with highest ranking on TM leaderboard will be invited to Division 3 according to the rules. It means that Srbija Team perhaps gonna replace Serbian Group.

NOTIFICATION #1:
Chess Club Holland have accepted their invitation to Division 3.

RESERVATION #2:
Team Norway and Norwegian Chess is to be compared as of Sunday 23th of January. The team with highest ranking on TM leaderboard will be invited to Division 3 according to the rules. It means that Norwegian Chess perhaps gonna replace Team Norway.

NOTIFICATION #2:
Team Greece have also accepted their invitation to Division 3.

NOTIFICATION #3:
Team Ukraine have preliminary accepted the invitation to get the free spot in Division 3. Vovuha have asked "how to accept", and I believe that means they would like to participate....

Comparing the Serbian teams:

Srbija tim have a better ranking than Serbian Group on the Team Match leaderboard. Besides it has a better winning ratio. It also - currently - having more members and playing more games in parallell, while Serbian Group has a better average rating. Serbian Group didn't played all games in the European League 2010. It seem like Srbija tim - right now - is properly qualified to representing Serbia in the European League 2011 in Division 3.

Srbija tim is to be invited to the European League 2011. Please send an acceptance to me to confirm you will participate by the latest on Tuesday 25th of January. Ensure that you're properly represented in Team Europe HQ and this forum.

Comparing the Norwegian teams:

Team Norway have a better ranking than Norwegian Chess on the Team Match leaderboard. Besides they have a better winning ratio. It also - currently - having more members and a better average ratings. Team Norway represented Norway also in the European League 2010, and was one of the three best teams in Division 4. It seem like Team Norway - right now - is properly qualified to representing Norway in the European League 2011 in Division 3.

Team Norwy is to be invited to the European League 2011. Please send an acceptance to me to confirm you will participate by the latest on Tuesday 25th of January. Ensure that you're properly represented in Team Europe HQ and this forum.

Team Norway have accepted their invitation. By this are all free spots in Division allocated as well.

Here's a the final division setup for EL2011 and the official ranking for the teams in DIVISION 3. The match list will be generated according this rankings.

Answer: Yes, you will be able join to new upcoming games. (But you cannot join to locked games that already have began.)
