Dear Johan,

Please take appropriate measures for player Herdem

He is breaking rules for Euro League and playing for different Teams in the same rounds at the same time. I deliver him couple messages but his replies were just inappropriate.

Here is his first and second games against Team Ukraine for Chess Club Finland, and here is his first and second games against Team Ukraine for Team Armenia

As I understand Team Ukraine should get 2 points in each challenge. Am I correct?

 Yes, that's correct.

The rules says:
"Team members are allowed to join different groups and teams but they may represent and play with only one country team in the European League. It is recommended to do it for the Country corresponding to the member profile flag. If any player(s) were found participating repeatedly in more than one European League matches with different country teams, that (those) player(s) might even will get banned from the European League competitions and the teams the player(s) represent will lose the individual games the player(s) have played or playing."

So,

the teams (Chess Club Finland and Team Armenia) the player (Hermed) represents will lose the individual games the player have played or playing in this tournament. And If he proceed playing in upcoming rounds will he also get banned from the European League competitions.

The results from the games he's participating in (the above ones and any others) will be adjusted according to this by the latest at the final cutoff.

This decision will also be published into the proper division forums at next update of the current results and standings.

will Herdem's games (four at least against Team Ukraine) will be resigned... how should we proceed to receive all these victories right now? in the light "we may forget it"

No, the games will proceed but the results will be adjusted besides and a note added to explain the reason why.

It's of course ok referring to the decision towards the teams and the player and make them aware of it, but there's no need of trying to force this guy resign or draw in the currently ongoing games.

This topic has been noticed and Herdem was removed from our team. I will try to supervise the matches better in the future.

Dear Johan, please make one adjustment for match Team Ukraine vs Chess Club Finland where Herdem has drawn one game, so 0.5 point should be moved from Chess Club Finland to Team Ukraine score before final result will be fixed - OK?

Hi. This have already been detected and notified.
The results will be adjusted by the latest at cutoff (31st of December).

I'm not able adjust the results for ongoing games, but all affected games will be adjusted when finished or by the latest at the cutoff.
