Srbija Tim vs Team England (Round 3 - Feb) will start in April to concur with the WL match then.

R4 match between Team Ukraine and Team Germany will be played in June according to WL calendar

R5 match between Team Ukraine and Srbija Tim will be played in August according to WL calendar

EL2014 R5 Team Germany vs Team Azerbaijan:

We sent the challenge, but surprisingly, Azerbaijan declined it. Their admin in charge says he wishes to not play the match scheduled in March, and has not started to try to find an agreement about when to play it.

DECISION:
Team Azerbaijan have repeatedelty refused to start games according to schedule against Team Germany and another team, either by simply cancelling received challenges or not agreed upon start dates etc.  It's not according to rules refuse to startup games according to the schedule.

Team Azerbaijan therefor hereby get a warning. Further complaints from any opponents will render additional warnings, and could lead to disqualification from this season and downgrading to Division 5 for next season.

Please startup games in actual or previous rounds, and please strike to the schedule, or agree with your opponents about when to start. Be aware of that teams not are forced to startup games earlier or later than scheduled, so better strike as much as possible to the schedule.

Hi. I just wish to inform about our situation too.
In february (when the match had to be played according to the schedule) they rejected our challenges 3 times. We informed Johan at that time, forwarding our discussion. We tried different proposals but reaching an agreement was impossible. Their admin in charge BayBak delayed a solution every time.
Now I`ve sent a new challenge again and it is still not accepted. Baybak answered saying they are not going to accept it anytime soon.

the round 6 challenge by Chess Team Holland is not accepted and the opponents representatives do not respond to messages, while coming online.

@j-pax: could you please let us know when you sent this challenge and what start date you've applied.

i did not follow the rules because soo many other WL EL and 960 where starting half way of the month, and i was late sending the challenge :(

i sent the challenge on friday 21 march and start date is 29 march.

i was thinking the match HAS to start in march ?!?

One week is very short time for registration. Please either agree with Team Poland when to start, or send another challenge wherein at least two weeks are possible for registration for players.

Warnings are only given if repeatedely not send or accept challenges.
And so far have neither Chess Team Holland nor Team Poland repeatedely forgott to send or accept challenges.

I did reject this challenge, as start time was not acceptable , we all got lots of matches in progress and lots still coming- either do not put start day at all and we will agree start time between ourselfs or put min 2 weeks as rules said, to give both sides enough time to gather team :)

please send another challenge and I will be more then happy to accept it :)

@EL2014 why 2 weeks registration..... this only invites time-outers !! if we come to chess.com (at least!!!)  once in 3 days (a move) we can see registration is open !!

i have often communicated with admins on what registration time is good, so it fits with the overal match schedule.
