A group of national team admins who supporting in situations when the rules may not fully covers what decision to make and how to handle.

This forum will be locked till we've desired who will be sitting in the board and 
how this will work.

How to handle events where the rules are to be applied?

A situation appear where the rules are to be applied.

In first hand : The tourney admin(s) make a decision. Can - as needed - consult the board for this.

In second hand (if any of the involved teams complaints about decision made): The tourney admin consult the board, and they make the decision.

Who are sitting in the board?

2 team admins from each division 1-4, all together 8 persons
plus
the tourney manager (who representing the tourney admins)

Team admins should not be from any of the teams which are new in division for this season.
Are only sitting in the Tourney Board for the actual season. (1 year)
Are not allowed take part in cases related to teams in their own team(s) and division(s).

How to make decisions in the board?

By voting. Each board member have one vote. 
Board members are allowed to propose alternatives.
The Tourney Manager is encouraged to propose at least one or two options.
The tourney manager are responsible to let involved teams and audience get aware of decision(s) made.
