Obstacles for Team Kazakstan in sending challenges to Team Cyprus notified. I've covered that their super admins not been online for long time. I've invited their admins to this forum and then informed about this issue. Now awaiting response. Decision:
Both Team Cyrpus and Team Faroe Islands get disqualified for this season.

Johan, did you try to ask two active Div6 teams to take their places?
2 active teams in EL2016 Div6 are Kosovo and Vatican? I think it it will be fair if they play in a division 5 on start of a season EL 2016.
