-7 players from one of those two teams? 
I've noticed that match while I was working on a schedule, it was set for 3+ players with start date. But since no one appealed from opposite team, and TD didn't mention to admins to create new challenge, I believe it must be counted as regular match now?
What's the issue?
Thanks. Yes, seem so. It will render a warning to each team. No furter action. The warning will be published later on this week, but is now notified in my papers.

We THE ALBANIANS didn't have any game in ELin january.One against TeamNorway in february and 3in march against Team Greece,Team Sweden and Team Bulgaria.why is that
Armend, i would guess that you can ask such simple things easily within the admins of your group if you cannot easily find it yourself here.
EL2016 Div 2 has 9 teams, and your team had a bye in round 1.
