NO , It is according to the K -Factor ...as your rating comes to the border of 2000 your K factor gets down to 15
Player who have under 18 years old have K=40 to elo 2399.

But If player have elo 2399 (K=40) and win e.g. 2k, the next rating 2479 (not 2419). So If player have elo 1001 and win 90 games (e. g. 3-4 games daily) with player who have more than 400 points and player win all games he have 90*0,92K (K=40) = +3311 points (!)
Each tournaments of Fide have Rules like playing 11 rounds max ...So if a player plays all 11 rounds against high rated players he gets + 404 ...But as he plays tournaments Since his rating is high he get 45 % Low rated players
& 55 % High .....Very less chances to get all high rated players in all 11 rounds ...
.Even players are not engines so it's very tough to win even 1 game .No players get rating
As I saw that player gained,400 but he can't get rating 4312 since he has rating 2400+ .and even he loses .
And If anyone boosts it rating that much then too there are many formats of chess rating .
There be max 3 tournaments in per country so if he plays out too he gets 5 ..But no one can get 4312 ..He might get 2133 if it is a titled tournament even title ...
U can calculate ratings etc .+ if u have doubts u can contact fide president .
Ok max. 11 rounds, but player can play in e.g. 9 tournament (1st tournament saturday-sunday, 2nd tournament monday-tusday etc.), 4 rounds daily (P'60).
As per fide rules rated player does not get all 9 or 11 rounds Rated players .Only if it is Only rated players tournament then he will get all rated players but then 40% will be low rated .60% will be high rated players ...From there if he wins against low he will get Example No of rounds is 11 then 7 he gets High and 4 he gets low ..So Against low he will gain 20×4 = 80 ..and against high 36×7 =252 .Total =332 ...Only if his/her rating is 1000 --2399 till age 18 .And 1 year if he is new to fide with age 18+ .okay so 2399 +332 =2731 ..So next Tournament His K factor goes to 15 ...So then If he wins it takes At least 1 year to reach 2900 ..If more rounds in any tournament the low rated players increase ..
If he plays 3 tournaments ,then every time he want gain 300+ . He may even - his rating ...So learn and play your friend may get -30 too .
Once he gets rating 2400+ he is eligible to get Title in A youth tournament if below 18 or World Open Fide rating Tournament if above 18...and if he gained 330 his performance increases and he will get very tough players in his next tournament ..So Banned 4000+ Rating ..Allow only 2700+ Check out and contact Fide president on fide site contact us colum .Website = www.fide.com
