My earlier report seems very similar, except that three players were alive with no material left.

I once won and It was glitching so I also reloaded it and the game disappeared.

Another just now. I mated the other player, tied the score at 34, and the game stopped without a result announced or a ratings update.
The developers are aware of this bug. You can see it mentioned in the "List of known bug" forum topic. It will get fixed.
