Introducing, The Endermen Jockey??

Here is a mob I made up:

I call it the enderman jockey, the most powerful mob in the game. It is an enderman carrying a creeper. The enderman will teleport right next to you, even if you didn't hit it, then the creeper will explode, most likely killing you. If you do survive, the endermen will be angry at you. This might not give you enough time to run, and you will die to the enderman. If you do happen to kill the enderman, it will drop prop four netherite armor. This way, more people will want to kill it, but many will die to it. Do you think mincraft should at this to the game?

I think this is an interesting idea, but IT SHOULD NOT DROP NETHERITE ARMOR. It is too easy to kill, because you could just crouch behind your shield, then kill the enderman. Plus, I think the creeper should not be able to start exploding until it is close to you. Also, it should hurt the enderman once it explodes. Also you could gat an enderman head if the enderman had a charged creeper
