First things first, it was a demo world, but the original demo doesn't let you go into creative mode, last time I chescked, which was last year.

Anyone who got the game from a different seller than the actual company(Mojang) is pirating the game. Cracked is a pirate website. It gives you the game for free illegally, giving no funds to mojang. Only time it isn't a pirate is when the seller makes you pay for it and gives the money(at least the base cost of the game) to mojang.

It looks to me like cracked violated that. I could report them to mojang, and that could get their website taken down, and the owner of cracked could be arrested.
