-1000000 maybe infinity. I absolutely despise that idea, no offence mate. Not at all necessary, it will just provoke more cheaters.
Engine for variants

Even if there is a bot for variants I wonder whether it is even vaguely possible to create a bot for 4 player chess

So, conclusion, no bots for variants unless you like cheaters to cheat on you
There is already a Stockfish fork for variants that is available on other websites so it's not like adding it here would make a huge difference in terms of cheaters

I think chess.com needs an engine for variants
+1 if you agree -1 if you don't
There is an upvote/downvote button, no need for "+1" "-1" comments

Agreed - lichess has one

There have already been 4 bots created that can play the standard teams (2v2) version of 4 Player Chess. One only catches hanging pieces and mate in 2, two are formidable (around 2300 strength), and one has the ability to beat the world champion (probably rated around 3100, think of it as the Deep Blue of 4 Player Chess!)

Granted, they are not publicly available (you can, however, ask the developers of the bots to allow you to play against the bots), but yes, cheating is extremely hard to catch in variants, ESPECIALLY in 4 player chess.

I think chess.com needs a real mod for variants.

we have an entire admin team for 4pc and variants...

none of them actually know about 2p variant cheat detection... they need real training

I don't really think that many people know about cheating in variants anyway, and it only applies to the more popular ones that revolve around the standard position such as atomic and giveaway and not something like ParadigmChess30

No one actually cared to make an engine for paradigam yet; that\s true
