EntityMC vs 250 vindicator but instead of my sword i have to use my hands and more who would win?

EntityMC vs 250 pillagers but instead of my sword i have to use my hands and no axe, no elytra or rockets and only 40 wind charges and only 10 enchanted golden apples. I have to use my hands to attack them making me have to do 24 hits to kill them which is hard and annoying. no elytra or rockets so basically no macing but i do have 40 wind charges and 8 end pearls and no stregnth.

NOTE WHEN DOING A NORMAL HIT AND NOT A SMASH ATTACK I'M NOT ALLOWED TO USE MACE

It is harder since i could literally 1 shot the pillagers and 2 shot em depending if i have strenght. but easier cause they can't basically destroy my armour. So who would win?
