A rather vague response of the helpdesk to your question about the desired option to give the eONE (and then also other e-boards) a pairing option in the iOS app. The same issue had been reported to ChessCom in the past when the other Millennium e-boards and more recently the DGT Pegasus appeared. DGT reported that it might be added to the iOS app by ChessCom in spring 2022. In response to your question is written that the web version should enable the link with the eONE. However, I can't find that option in the web version on Safari iOS...
eONE and iOS - Statement from chess.com

Hi Oscar,
same here... I've searched some other forums and their was a hint using chrome or firefox.
I am also on Mac an traying to connect the board with my MBP. Actually without any luck. I´ve found a function "Connect your DGT Board" in the Web Version, but it didn`t work for me.
2nd Problem:
I've never used an android phone and so I've bought a very cheap used one to connect the board with the Andoid chess.com App. The phone is on Android 5.5. I've downloaded chess.com App for Android and can`t connect it with my Phone. No doubt how to get it working.. The app has no function like "search boards" or "connect board".

Hi Pilgrim,
I don't know what you have already tried, but maybe the following will help you. I have successfully managed to connect my eOne to the chess.com android app (app version 4.4.4). Under "Settings" you should find the menu item "Connected Boards". Tap on it. If the eOne is turned on and already paired via Bluetooth, it should then show you the eOne under the name "Millennium Chess" under "Other Devices". Then you just have to click on "Millennium Chess" and after a few seconds you should see "Linked Chessboard" and the eOne at the top. Let me know if it worked .

In the manual of Millennium's ChessLink App I've read, I quote: "For Android devices: Your device must be running at least Android 6.0 and support the BLE standard (Bluetooth Low Energy)." So I guess the ChessCom Android app also has to run on at least Android 6.0 for the connection to eBoards to work. So, helas, Pilgim: the old phone you've bought with Android 5.5 is .... too old.

Thanks a lot.
I found the following information:
chess.com requires Android 5.0 and the last build is 4.4 -> I was able to download and install
To use chess.com on Android the ChessLink App is not required.
But the hint with BLE is interesting. My Android phone is old as Methusalem (2015) and has no BLE, but classical Bluetooth. The board is paired with my Android Phone but in chess.com there is no option „connect with board“. Maybe the phone is to old.

Got mine a week ago. Works flawless with iPhone and Chesslink app for LiChess. My crappy Android tablett (noname Android 9, Chess.com app v4.4.10) can obviously connect to the board, at least it recognizes it and lists it in the BT connected devices section, but that's it. I'm not able to get it going. There is no toggle switch when starting a game. It just doesn't work. Helpdesk wasn't helping but told me to contact the board manufacturer. Will have to play on LiChess.
I asked about a new version with eONE support and that‘s the answer:
It is something that the team is aware of and are working on. However, I cannot make any promises as to how long it will take to be able to have eBoards like the DGT board supported on the iOS app.
We do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you have any other questions or concerns, you're more than welcome to reach out and let me know.“
