I asked about a new version with eONE support and that‘s the answer: „That is a really great question. Currently the boards aren't supported yet on the app but they should work for the web version. It is something that the team is aware of and are working on. However, I cannot make any promises as to how long it will take to be able to have eBoards like the DGT board supported on the iOS app.We do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you have any other questions or concerns, you're more than welcome to reach out and let me know.“

Going to post this in the three types of boards I won. Do any of these boards actually work with Chess.com? I have truly only gotten any of them to work with Lichess. So, for those of you using the eOne on chess.com how are you doing it? Does it work well? I have had no luck at all using it here.

Some Users reported an issue with the USB-C Cable. The cable in the Box is a little short and no charger is added. So it‘s normal to try your USB-C cable and charger. In some cases the eONE won‘t charge. Why? The eONE needs constantly 5W for loading. Modern usb-c chargers deliver more or even less Power, so with these chargers the eONE can‘t be charged. Conclusion: a) Use a charger with constant 5W b) use an USB-A to USB-C cable with any given charger. USB-A cables delivers always 5W so the chargers power outlet isn‘t important. Just plug the A side in your charger and the C side in your eONE.
