So the king is not gonna be the original king piece but it’s gonna be a wazir. The wazir moves  one step horizontally, and one step diagonally. The rest is gonna be like a normal chest set, but which one exception players can’t castle

The creator mixed up the wazir (a piece that moves 1 square orthogonally) with the Xiangqi horse (what he described). At least that's what I interpereted.
