I am not sure if we plan these for puzzle rush or not.
ETA on enhanced Puzzle Rush learning features?
@jdcannon
Is it possible to find out. I believe Erik had mentioned adding a moving average before but I am not sure of the timing.
The second item should be easy to reuse the code from the slow tactics puzzles on. It would be very helpful for we lesser players and less helpful for experts like you.
1. I think being able to set/request Puzzle Rush average over the last x sessions would be in improvement.
2. I also think some sort of focused puzzle composition based on past lack of performance would be a good training enhancement. One type of session: a session of puzzles where you took more than x time, or took x percent longer than the community average. Another type of session: a session of just puzzles that you failed on.
These focused sessions would not contribute to your average and would be classified as focused.

You can already do this now. First, go to Puzzle Rush. Under "Select Mode" choose "Learning." On the right hand side you will see "Include." Click on the down arrow and choose "Puzzles I have failed" and the difficulty range you would like to work on.
While this doesn't allow you to identify your specific weaknesses, but it does allow you to work on all of them.
Can't play PR because of a disability, my moves are way too slow.
I would recommend that there be an option for players like you to turn off time bonuses for regular puzzles as well? (For example, if the time bonus is +6, and a puzzle would normally give you +2, then the setting should give you +4...)
Puzzle Rush is an important tool to students gain a solid base of position recognition. To score decently, you have to be able to quickly recognize hanging pieces, patterns, and themes in many situations. You won't become a good chess player just with Puzzle Rush, but I've never met a good chess player who isn't able to achieve a respectable score.
I hope chess.com will add two important features to enhance learning:
1. a moving average for students to measure progress over time
2. and a way to easily identify the types of puzzles/themes a student is having the most difficulty recognizing so they can focus their effort/practice on those themes and master them.
Is there any estimate of when additional features may be added to Puzzle Rush?
