It took effect Aug 1
I didn't notice it taking effect. Yesterday I donated and got a cool tnt/ diamond armor kit which I knocked someone into lava with. They said they would remove donations, but I guess not.

I'm starting to think this EULA thing is a scam. I don't see any changes.
