There is no need for an agreement about this, it is the normal case that happens as soon as one of the teams wishes so. An agreement between the two teams would be needed in order to play two separate matches.
And of course it is also not required to post it here, as it will be assumed to be normal - most such matches are played as combined matches, using the WL match for both leagues.
Simply please remember to put it in the title of the WL match, so that the match will automatically found and processed for both leagues.
