One is before loading the position and I believe there's a ticket in to not show any evaluation before being loaded.
dude I don't know but,I think black is having an advantage...

It is just a random position I set up on the chessboard
Even though these 2 positions are the exact same positions if shows completely different eval bars. Also it is white to move in both positions so that isn't the issue.
