If someone has bought a 1 month Diamond membership, then buys a 1 year Diamond membership, the 1 month membership gets deleted and you don't get a refund.

I suggest that in a case like this, that you guys make them stack so that our money doesn't go to waste.

I had a 1 month Diamond membership that was going to renew on april 16 I think, but now it says it will renew on march 30 2025 instead of april 16 2025...

If you buy a one month membership and upgrade you get a credit for the unused portion of the membership. This is true for web purchases but may not be for mobile app stores. In that case, the site doesn't have control of the store software and may require working through support or the app store to assist.

I bought it using web, so it's either not true or there is a bug

Double check how much you got charged. Pretty sure you got charged less than the full year cost and were credited the remaining portion of your monthly diamond towards the yearly purchase.

Oh, I thought you meant credited extra membership time. Ok, then you are surely right happy.png

Not sure how much it's supposed to cost, but it says I get a 44% discount (probably 40% for the yearly deal and 4% for the 1 month Diamond).

Thanks!

Yeah, a month diamond for US members is $17. Assuming half a month was used before upgrading to yearly diamond that would be approximately $8.50 off the $120 cost of the yearly membership.
