I agree. There is certainly no good reason to fall victim to them in turn based chess. Maybe when you are inexperienced, or playing live chess with a low time control, then it is more understandable.

thx a lot! I just take a huge advantage(the game is mineTongue out) after I apply this "trap agains d4"....look at my game against Kehi (1971)

that 1st trap you've shown. I've already seen that too. its one of the oldest famous game by Gioachino Greco (white) against an unknown roman player during 1619.... very cool!
