This is everyone's thought process>>Is it not move any queen to the second file and after king moves or one of the two pawns becomes queens move a queen to 1st file. (Which is a mate in 2)
However the pawn becomes a knight and if you capture with a queen it becomes another knight. The king must move down and then you win! (Mate in 3) It seemed impossible but it is too easy!

1. c8=Chancellor+ Qxc8
2. dxc8=C+ Ka6
3. Ca8+ Qa7 blocks the check
Change the Q on c5 to a Chancellor and it is mate in 3
