Favourite Variants

I want to learn how to play a new Variant, any recommendations. 

I don't want it to have too much people to play it, but not too less. 

Right now my favorite is 4pc, 4pc teams, chaturaji, especially in hyper/bullet modes.

But genuinely simplicity is incredibly fun to play

try chess 960, its simple.

For your skill level, I recommend variants like Minihouse, Ambush, Simplicity, and Chaturdrez. Others include Chaturanga/Shatranj, Ashtandrez, and Minihouse.

If you want to tackle something a bit more complex, then I recommend Acheron and Mini Forest.

I like Minihouse, Ambush, Chaturaji, Chess with Checker(probably not good for beginners though), and the best of all variants, SPELL CHESS. Trust me. I have 2000 elo in spell chess. It is the GOAT!
