In my homepage it is saying fide rating 1.

Nope it's 1400 according to FIDE. My rating is around 1780.

The minimal FIDE ratings that you can have is 1000, and if get below 1000, your elo will be reset.

I am old but new and do not really understand who FIDE is what an ELO is (if its not the electric light orchestra?) and how chess.com rating relates to FIDE etc please explain.

And if chess.com is not connected to FIDE why not is it because of all the hackers and cheating?

Guys the lowest fide rating is 1400 and if u have no rating then just leave it blank in chess.com
