can I get a partner at 1450-1700 level around 5-15 minutes? I know my elo doesn't reflect it but I can handle that level quite well

Hii, I would love to have someone around 1400-1600 rating to practice, like, someone that's definitely stronger than me but not so strong that I don't ever have a chance (I have some friends but they're around 2,000 rated, I rarely win against them).
I think I'm a bit underrated on rapid but I have some very clear weaknesses I want to work on, such as time management and endgames. If I get low on time I make blunders like if I was 300 elo again, and on endgames I throw away won games, I truly need some insights on that.
Anyway, you can add me as a friend and we can schedule some games if you want to 
I need 700 to 900 elo partners even though that is not my équivalent to mine but I still managed to beat people that level before quite a few times. What I need to work on most is my opening and middle game. My main weakness is that I keep on loosing strong pièces because I am not paying enough attention to them. So I would love to have a partner elo 700 to 900. Thanks.
Oh yh and btw, I'm looking for a guy who does rapide games like 15 to 30 minutes. Thanks.
