First KIA game

The game above was 15 5, I was white and it's my first  KIA attempt.  I lost on time.   Reviewed it but don't see any huge mistakes on my part but I  believe  position wise I was inferior in end.  Opponent about 230  or so points stronger and I'm around 970.

Took way too much time in opening moves so In the end I was rushed.

if anyone can tell me some some bad moves I made then much appreciated.  

I don't know how much help I can be, but since no one else has commented, I'll jump in.  (No one has commented on the game I posted yesterday either; maybe everyone's off playing OTB tournaments this weekend!)  First of all, as you play this opening more, you'll become more familiar with it and use less time in the opening.  Sometimes you'll need to vary the move order, depending on what Black plays, but, as NM Aww-Rats frequently says in his videos, the first 10 or 11 moves are pretty much the same in every game.

I would prefer not to advance the kingside pawns so early.  May be better to play d3, Nbd2, Re1, c3, and even e4 first.  The queen's knight is usually developed to d2 rather than c3 in the KIA, as the c-pawn is typically advanced to c3 to support a potential d4 push.  From d2, the knight frequently goes to either c4 or f1, then h2, g4, and participates in a kingside attack.  e4 is part of the KIA plan, with a goal of advancing the pawn to e5 if possible.

Oh, and I'd suggest playing games with longer time controls, to allow for more thinking time.  I have trouble with even the 30/0 games I play on my lunch break, but it is hard to find time for longer ones.

Hi to everyone

This game (some days ago) was my first KIA try. I dont know if I really get it. For instance, I didnt castle until 18th move! I were worried all the time about the combination of his queen at d7 and his bishop at the diagonal c8-h3. In that situation I thougt that black can exchange this white bishop for my g2 one, and I was worried about it.

Any comments will be deeply apreciated. I won the game, but I know that I were lost if black play different sometimes.
