Why not? Wizard was at b4 from my move 21, and I was assuming that's why you moved your pawn to a3. Wizards can move 1 diagonal or 3-1 hippogonal (http://www.omegachess.com/home.html?action=how-pieces-move#wizard). So one diagonal from b4 to c3.
ichabod801 is (as usual) right. Wc3 is perfectly legal.
