O I see instead of f3 how about Bd3.
if Bd3 then Nc5 and black either makes a trade(knight for bishop)...either gains a tempo if the bishop moves.None of this helps white and I think this gambit isn't good,it really sucks.You should get some sort of compensation for the sacrificed material(for example:developement,central control,open files and diagonals) and in this gambit you gain nothing.
Heres a new gambit I discovered (IT WAS PLAYED AGAINST ME REALLY) that no one else has ever played I named it after fischer my favorite player.
