fix bughouse draws

Where a player continuously takes a piece, the piece gets recaptured, a piece is placed to attack previously captured piece and then a piece is placed to protect the piece and it repeats. I don't feel like that should count as a draw since in bughouse that is completely possible and I guess a part of the game. (you need to defend one square) Is this really a draw?

What should count as a draw then?

My own opinion is that piece recycling shouldn't count as a draw. 3 repetition by movement should. 

Perhaps you could take some polls in the bughouse club and come to some sort of consensus.
