This looks wild, I don't believe it can happen... unless you open the list, someone creates a new post, and then you scroll. Good catch.
The presence feature is not a bug, and is working as intended. If you have a post opened in multiple tabs/windows/computers, everyone else will see it too.
As not to create a new forum, i will post here.
Another user said "yeah" and i replied. in the reply bubble, it says that i said "yeah", even though i did not say that in the variant chat.

If you refresh the page it reverts to normal, seems to just be purely a temporary visual bug
