Friends link on others pages goes back to MY friends

When viewing another player's profile, I can see their Friends displayed in icon form on the left side of their page. However, when I click on "Friends" right above the icons it brings me to MY friends, not to THEIR friends. This is inconsistent with the behaviour for Groups, in which I can see their groups but the Groups link on their page brings me to THEIR full group list.

Expected behaviour: clicking on Friends in somebody elses profile will show me THEIR friends.

Also, it seems to always show me that people have exactly 12 friends.

I just assumed that was correct.  You mean I might have more?
