Wow, some people here are bad at math!
First of all, 69×4+2×0 = 276. You always do multiplication first, unless specified otherwise by parenthesis. So 69×4 = 276, and 2×0 = 0. Finally, 276+0 = 276, so that is the answer.
Also, in the equation 2x+3 = 4(6x-2) the answer (x) = 1/2, which (I am assuming) is why there is a draw emoji reaction to that comment.
Tertiarily, 420-69-67-4x2+0=276 is true, but I'm not sure why this and the first equation I mentioned have an extra zero involved. Why would you do that? There is simply no point!
One final point: I really hate people writing stuff like "4x2" because x is a variable, not a multiplication sign. "×" is slightly more acceptable, but still looks like an "x" so I would say just use the * (asterisk) or -- better yet! -- 2(4) or (2)(4) using parenthesis.
