Seems like the issue was resolved by the Chess.com developer team.

We will be having a mobilization day, where in a first come, first serve system, clubs can select new squares that are adjacent to existing squares. please also note the following: if one club claims A1 for example (for example purposes, this is assuming that A1 was a legal claim), you ARE allowed to consider the A1 square as an adjacent square to claim a square you want.

This mobilization day will be coming randomly on the first week of September (Sep 1-6), so be ready!

P.S: planning to release alliances in late September so stay tuned for that!

Have you contacted all the clubs that used to participate in CW events yet? We should try to get some more clubs before alliances start.

When I run across medium sized clubs, I sometimes leave a comment, mentioning the event.

I was planning on starting that this week but I broke my nose practicing recently so I'm probably going to start this weekend.

This and revamping the features and rules of Alliances will be my main focus for September.

Once the event finishes, it will be allowed.

And btw should'nt the second match be started the moment the first match is finished in the Northeastern Devil? Or will it start when every vc of the event finsihes??

Also, whoudln't the actual matches of this event be listed somewhere? Considering there was some misfires it would make sense to have a clean list.
