Rules:-

Territories

1.1 There are 100 Regions on the map

1.2 Clubs that own Regions may ‘attack’ any Region connected to theirs by the North, South, East or West as well as Northwest, southwest, Northeast and southeast and via alliances (see alliances #4.2

1.3 Regions are won once a club has defeated the current owner of the Region via Any type of club match (Vote Chess, Daily Match, Live match, Multi-Club Arena)

Registering

2.1 To register enter your club’s picture, it’s link and the region you wish to claim in the ‘confirmation thread’ in Club Wars

2.2 Create the match for the club that owns the region you wish to take (See 2.5)

2.3 The region you wish to take MUST be on the outer edge of the map (see 2.5)

2.4 Clubs may no longer try to get onto the map after September 30.

2.5 If the Map is full Rule 2.2 and 2.3 are put into play. Before this it is an optional option for entering the world.

2.6 If there are regions unclaimed new clubs may claim them instead of following rule

2.7 Regions may only be claimed if they border a region that is already claimed.

2.8 Even if there are still unclaimed regions, any club that loses all their regions must attack from the outer edge to get back on the map instead of claiming one. This also applies to clubs that leave the city and later rejoin.

2.9 The maximum number of O Battles a club may have at any given time is 3 (Null Battles do not count)

2.10 Any club with a square can only attack from the squares it has, not from the outer edge.

2.11 A club must have at least 50 members to join the galaxy

Battles

3.1 To create a Battle with a club the first step is to contact the admin(s) of that club that owns the region you wish to attack

3.2 Once both admins of the two clubs have agreed on the parameters of the battle one of the admins will send a challenge to the other team. (See 3.13)

3.3 information needed in the confirmation thread is: Match link, Attacking region, defending region and the funding information for both sides (See #11)

3.4 Clubs attacking from Out of the Galaxy's Edge are labeled with “O” as their region.

3.5 A single club may only be fighting 3 different Galaxy Edge regions from O at any given time in an attempt to get into the galaxy

3.6 In order that a match be called an official Galactic Conflict Battle it must be posted in the confirmation thread within 7 days of the match’s start date.

3.7 Unresponsive admins will need to be reported to the “Unresponsive admins” thread and the case will be dealt with depending on the situation.

3.8 Null Battles are Battles where one or both of the regions involved in the battles have lost their region in another battles

3.9 [a]Null battles will continue without being marked on the Map. If the winner of the null battles was the one that lost their region, they will win the other club’s region.

3.10 If both clubs lost their region or the club that hadn’t lost its region wins then no one earns a region (see League Points #7)

3.11 The maximum number of battles a single region may have at any given time is 4 (Null battles do not count).

3.12 Clubs may decline a challenge to the battle if they have 3 or 4 ongoing campaigns already (Null battles do not count) for the square in question, and the challenge is not an O Attack (if the number of ongoing campaigns is 3).

3.13 If any one square has a battle, that square cannot be gifted to another club.

Alliances

4.1 Alliances can be created via the “Alliance thread” in Club Wars. Once all admins of the clubs that are in the Union, formation is then completed in the Alliance formation thread

4.2 An Alliance allows clubs to attack Regions surrounding their affiliated club’s regions as well as their own.

4.3 Alliances protect a club from immediate attack from its affiliates, however they can still leave the Alliance and attack.

4.4 In the event that a Alliance is broken while a Battle via Alliance is still in progress the Alliance Battle is not affected.

4.5 Once an Alliance is broken no more Battles via that Alliance may be created

4.6 Alliances may not be created between two clubs if they are currently in conflict with each other.

4.7 The battle may be erased from the war so long as the admin(s) of both clubs agree

4.8 In order to attack via Aliance there must be a direct line of affiliated regions between you and your soon to be enemy in war.

4.9 The club you are attacking through can not be fighting against the territory already. If it is, you may not attack.

4.10  Alliances should be able to gift territories to each other, but both clubs and the gifting situation can be reviewed and investigated, and the clubs should be able to prove why the gifting is strategical. If there is a case where there's a CA with a club, and that CA signs up another club and then gifts it to the first club just for an advantage, that shouldn't be allowed, and would be investigated.

Disabled Clubs

5.1 Clubs are bound to be disabled during the event. If a club is disabled, for any region belonging to that club, if it has no battles, that square will be empty. If it has 1 or more battles, no new attacks can be made on that square until either that square is taken or all battles end.

5.2 If a club has been disabled for 30 days after their match is completed they will be removed from the war

5.3 If a club is inactive for 30 days with no regions or battles (Null or otherwise) they will be removed

Admins and their Clubs

6.1 Admins may enter as many clubs as they wish provided they are a Super Admin with proper permission from the owner.

6.2 If an admin has many clubs near each other on the map they may NOT forfeit them all to one of the clubs he/she owns. There must be a legitimate campaign that will be checked for unfair play

6.3 Admins are strongly recommended to participate in the political/bilateral goings-on of the war.

6.4 Admins are required to be following the City Revolution Thread. Reading of all comments is not obligatory as long as you check back once every now and then to see about updates

6.5 Clubs that have not had any activity and are not on the map will be removed from the war after 30 days of inactivity

6.6 In order to join back they will need to re-register

6.7 A club can have 3 Contact Admins maximum.

League Points

7.1 A club that successfully takes over occupation of a region earns 2 League Points

7.2 regions that have become “Null” (see #3 Battles) earn 4 League points to the winner, unless the winner is the club is earning a region in the null campaign

7.3 December 18 is the end of the season/start of next season. When that time comes the top 3 clubs with the most regions earn League Points

7.4 Top Club which has the most regions on December 19 earns 30 League Points

7.5 Top Club which has the second most regions earns 20 League Points

7.6 Top Club which has the third most rgions earns 10 League Points

7.7 Ties will result in both clubs earning the 1 League point

7.8 Other prizes will be involved as well and this will include the following

7.9 Club that has the biggest body of regions connected on December 19 earns 5 League Points

7.10 Clubs may earn more than one prize of League Points at the end of the season

Clubs withdrawing

8.1 If a club wishes to move on from the Galactic Conflict league They are perfectly free to go. They must confirm with Staff that they are leaving the Galaxy.

8.2 If a region that belongs to a leaving club has no battles, that square will be empty. If it has 1 or more battles, no new attacks can be made on that square until either that square is taken or all battles end.

8.3 All campaigns with regions of withdrawn clubs will still be counted for points, even for the withdrawn club. (See 5.1)

8.4 If a club leaves and then rejoins, it cannot use any campaigns it made before leaving to get back onto the map.

Districts

9.1 Districts are an important part of the Galactic Conflict. Each district has a certain point value per square, which will be used to determine the winner.

9.2 The outermost district is 1 point per square. The next district is worth 2 points, the next one is worth 3, the next is worth 4, and the innermost is worth 5.

Fair Play

10.1 Games will be checked for fair play

10.2 cheaters in matches, if they turn the tide of the game will result in the match being remade completely if the admins wish to keep fighting.

10.3 If the cheater arises after the match has been considered “complete” by passing the majority of points (daily matches specifically) then we can do nothing about it as of now. We will however (if the cheating club is still on that region) give it back to your club as if you just won it back. You will earn 2 League Points like usual and the region. However, if the club that had the cheater has already lost the region when the cheat is detected we can do nothing about it.

10.4 Disputes on parameters of campaigns can be settled if both clubs will compromise some. CW staff is not liable to help get campaigns started. This is part of the admins’ job.

10.5 If a match is listed as an official Battle (Staff commented on it and it’s in the battle list) then there is no backing down for either side. Even if the match was accepted by the ‘wrong’ admin.

10.6 if an admin cancels the match on either side the team that did not abort should fight for the territory by letting CW staff know about this incident and it will be investigated further. Once proof is labeled the region will either be given to the club or the aborting club will create a new match identical to the first.

10.7 Admins caught sending a challenge without first discussing the parameters are subject to reporting to CW staff. If the match is already listed as a campaign when the match is reported the admin can not get out of the match but they can make a new match at their own parameter choice.

10.8 Club Wars League is against unsportsmanlike behavior. Demonstrating poor sportsmanship will result in the club owner’s club having penalties.

10.9 Constant requests of updates will not be tolerated and will be dealt with by CW staff. Arguing with staff will result in penalties.

10.10 Club Wars must ensure fair behavior from all admins affiliated with the Galactic Conflict event. Since this is called a Conflict and clubs get very competitive, staff will be strict in dealing out penalties. Deduction of League points may occur because of unruly behavior.

10.11 Do not criticize other’s clubs.

10.12 Do not call names

10.13 Do not in any way attempt to harm other clubs, by pushing members to leave, giving the club a bad name etc…

10.14 Sabotaging clubs is strictly against the rules. If caught attempting to sabotage a vote chess, daily match or any other match your club(s) will automatically lose 2 League points. If you are not a club owner and you have been caught sabotaging a club’s match that player will be banned from joining any Galactic Conflict campaigns in the future. If this player is found in a match the match will immediately be called void and the team that had the banned player will pay 2 League points to the other team.
